As the Associate Director for Residence Life, my goal is to provide a well-rounded and meaningful experience for every residential student. I™m passionate about creating communities where students feel supported, valued, and connected ” both inside and outside of the classroom. My work is rooted in the belief that a strong residential experience plays a vital role in student development, success, and retention. 

Over the years, I™ve had the opportunity to support students through housing operations, crisis response, student conduct, and leadership development. Most recently, I served as the Director of Residence Life & Housing at Queens University of Charlotte, where I led a dedicated team, streamlined housing processes, and worked closely with campus partners to ensure students had access to the tools and relationships they needed to thrive.
