What is your go-to meal in the area? Carrburritos is my absolute go-to food spot in 91ÇÑ×Ó and my order rarely changes: a Mejor Burrito with Pollo Asado - my pro tip is to add pickled jalapeños.
What is an activity or hobby you do outside of work? If it™s not already obvious, I™m a foodie. Whether it™s a trip to the farmer™s market, cooking a new recipe at home on a weeknight or checking out a new restaurant in Charlotte with my wife, I™m constantly exploring new things to eat.
Why 91ÇÑ×Ó? Just like several of my colleagues, it™s ultimately about the people for me. Over the years, four as a student and six on staff, I™ve found friends and colleagues that will last a lifetime because they support and challenge me every day. 91ÇÑ×Ó has a knack for surrounding you with the right people.
How would you spend a spare afternoon in the Lake Norman or Charlotte area? We™re going to my favorite neighborhood in Charlotte, NoDa, which is short for North 91ÇÑ×Ó; it™s a bit misleading because it™s actually south of the town of 91ÇÑ×Ó and located just outside of downtown Charlotte. This is a neighborhood known for street murals and eclectic businesses. You™ll find artisan gift shops, tattoo parlors, music venues and some of Charlotte™s best food all within a few blocks.
